Delhi - current capital of India - a place very close to the historical cultural capitals of India is place known for its cruel rape cases and rampant hustling. The Indian gene pool is said to be prone to get affected by AIDS but I believe it is because of these 'locally known' women in any village or suburbs or townships. Ask any guy who is roaming about on the streets after 10 pm and you'll get the complete list of 'locally known' women if you know the local language. Thai people know comparatively good English but Indians don't and hence Thailand is more notorious for its flesh trade. Any state in india can win over Thailand without lifting a finger.
